LE MOULIN BLEU - BISTRO & BAR

The following hospitality project was completed during the 3rd year of my Bachelor's degree. The project required the revitalization of an abandoned factory building in downtown Toronto by transforming the first and second floors (990 sqm.) into a themed restaurant. It was completed as a group of 3. All work displayed is credited to myself.
